The terms that apply when you use Sessionstub: what the session count can be relied on for, your records, acceptable use and support.

What this is
Sessionstub keeps a count of sessions in packs that a coach sells to their clients, and shows each client their own count through a secret link. It records sessions; it does not take, track or show payments, and it does not book. The count is a record kept by the coach, not a contract: when you and your client disagree, the record is something to talk through, not proof either way.
Anyone who has a client's link can read it until the coach replaces it, so send each link only to that client.
Names used
Passkeys, browsers and kinds of business are named descriptively. Sessionstub is not affiliated with any gym, tutoring agency, booking or payment service.
Payments
No paid plan is offered at present; if one is added, this page will describe it.
Your records
You own what you put in your account. You choose the labels your clients see, so keep them to a name, a nickname or initials, and for a client under 18 a nickname or initials only. You can download everything and delete your account at any time from the account page; the privacy page says exactly what is stored and for how long.
Acceptable use
Use it for your own clients' sessions. Do not put anything unlawful, hateful or anyone's private details in a label or a note, do not try to guess links, and do not send requests at a rate that degrades the site for other people. Accounts that break these terms may be closed.
Warranty and liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, and runs within free hosting limits that can make it busy for a while. To the extent the law allows, Sessionstub is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including a session that was not saved, a disagreement about a count, or a link that was shared further than intended.
